Come and Join us
at Scouts corner
to bless the apple trees for 2025

There will be a Lantern making workshop, before the procession starts, for children and adults. This will be at the Scout Hut from 2.30 - 4.30. Bring torch lights for your lanterns. (no naked flames please)

The procession at 5pm, around Park street, Green street and Hampton Street will precede the Wassailing ceremony back at Scouts corner.
There will be music dancing and tea and cake.  Come and join us.

in 1984?

Reminisce with footage recorded around the city, and also some TV footage of events that happened back then:
The Queen and Prince Phillip visiting Bulmers.
Prince Charles and Princess Diana visiting the Cathedral, and the opening of Maylords.
​There is even a Christmas special.

​Join us to bless the apple trees at Scouts Corner.

Beginning with a family workshop at 4pm at The Volunteer, making decorations and lanterns.
Then join us for a procession to the orchard, where we will bless the trees.
There will be music, singing and cakes!
