- Church leaflet: Bill will input proof changes with Christine; Elaine and others will sort missing photos; someone will liaise directly with Christine over final proof and print
- Insurance: £65 will cover membership of the British Association of Local History Societies and include insurance for walks, talks, exhibitions, etc. Sounds ideal. (Decision at next meeting, April 4)
- Programme: (all organisers to get text and pics to Christine for posters)
- April 27, River Wye talk at The Barrells with Heather Hurley
- April 30, Pop in to the Pavilion Day during the River Carnival and meet/record with BHG. (Pete will confirm venue; Huw, Lorna, David, Linda, Bill, Linden, Christine and Amy (if available) will help; Christine and Linda will prepare display boards at Pavilion the evening before; Pete - projector; Bill laptop; Christine and/or David - scanner
- May 17th June Chris Atkins on Dinedor (Linda to book Barrells)
- June 18: BHG History Walk
